You control Emcy who is a member of the new world Nu-Terra who is awakened in a bubble town along with many others, and has been in stasis for thousands of years after the evacuation of Earth. Emcy has the only connection on Earth is his sister Gi who is out of stasis. He is waiting for a signal that Earth is safe to return.
